Our 12-month Weight Management HEAL (Healthy Eating Active Living) Program is a value-based, professionally supervised weight loss & management program provided by Dr. Jamie Le M.D, FRCPC, ABOM and Samantha Upshall RPN, Psychotherapist.
Our program implements prescribed anti-obesity medications, psychotherapy, nutritional information, sleep and active living advise to achieve optimal wellness like no other.
Scheduled weight management appointments can be booked in person and/or virtual. Between appointments, you will have private access to our Woolwich Wellness App for programming, tracking, communication, and access to our communities and leaderboards.
12 monthly payments $150+tax ($1800+tax)
This admission appointment is 1 hour long in-depth look into your current state
in length and will consist of:
*Introduction to the Healthy Eating & Active Living (HEAL) program.
*Meeting with Medical staff for assessment and review of medical and social history.
*Blood work review and suggestions to correct or maintain blood work analysis.
*Advice on nutrition and medications/supplements guided to your personal assessment and health.
*Body composition analysis to assess the current state of visceral adipose tissue, subcutaneous tissue, muscle, water and cellular health to help guide weight loss and management safely and accurately. (in Guelph clinic only)
*Access to our private Woolwich Wellness app and community.
*Admission to Woolwich Wellness Weight Loss and managemenpt program and billing arrangement.
*Prescribing of anti-obesity medications.
Once you have completed your Assessment Appointment, our medical professional staff see clients 20 minutes every two weeks at the beginning of the program, then extending to once a month towards the end as you adapt to your new tools and habits.
During this time we are;
*Observing the effects of the anti-obesity medications.
*Weigh in and reflection.
*Reviewing your food diary while providing nutritional guidance.
*Provide guiding tools to implement regarding your body composition analysis. *Getting to know you and your habits and preferences.
*Helping you with self-discovery, healthy mindset and weight loss goals.
*Working with psychotherapy tools to guide a healthy mind and life.
*Assessment and guidance of sleep management
